Great location, near subway stations and famous landmarks like Brooklyn Bridge and 9/11 Memorial. Clean and comfy room with soft towels and pillows. Kind and helpful staff, from breakfast to maintenance. Decent breakfast with tasty coffee and different food options. Convenient supermarket nearby for additional needs.

We loved the hotel, it was nicely appointed and had unbeatable location close enough to Manhattan Bridge. Pastries, breads, fruit and yogurt were excellent and complemented the continental breakfast.

The room was larger than expected, providing enough space for me to relax and move around comfortably. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the staff were great too assist me with any questions or requests I had, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.
The hotel's location, although convenient, meant that I could hear the noise from passing trains when my window was open, and the street smells from the bustling neighborhood were prevalent, especially in the rooms facing Pike Street.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Dumbo area and it was conveniently situated in Chinatown. I especially loved how close it was to both the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge, making it easy to take a beautiful walk in the sun. Being near Chinatown also meant that I could enjoy delicious Chinese food without any hassle. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great and I really appreciated the variety. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel in Chinatown in Manhattan exceeded our expectations. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the included breakfast. We loved the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and had a fab view of the Manhattan Bridge. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.
All was ok, nothing to complain about.
